Notes:

Section 1: Ward Activities (including Surgeries)

In the past twelve months I have continued to work with local residents to resolve issues that affect their daily quality of life such as litter and fly tipping problems and potholes. A lot of issues raised by residents mean that I have to liaise with the County Council on a regular basis.

I also visit the Over 55 Club when invited. This club meets in Spennells Community Centre on a regular basis and I attend to answer questions raised by its members and help with any problems they may have. I have also given some of our Community Grant to the club to enable them to take trips and to help their work to attract more members.

I continue to deliver FOCUS Newsletters around Aggborough and Spennells on a regular basis. This is a good way of keeping people in our ward informed and aware of what is going on in and around the ward. It also carries full contact details for both myself and Councillor Helen Dyke.

Section 2: Council Meetings

Audit Committee, Council, Employment & Economics Review Panel, Ethics & Standards, Kidderminster Educational Foundation, Kidderminster Educational Foundation Working Group, Local Authority Mortgages Review Panel, Miscellaneous Functions, No Barriers Review Panel and Treasury Management Review Panel.

Section 3: Achievements

I have given some of our Community Grant to the Spennells Community Centre to enable them to take trips and to help their work to attract more members. Extra amounts have been donated to the Kidderminster Disabled Club, Spennells Girl Guides and Brownies and the Scout Hut in Hoo Road, Kidderminster.
