There are many issues which have been raised at the various meetings, such as ‘poor road conditions/potholes/speeding', anti-social behaviour, litter, dog fouling, grass cutting etc. My main focus of work within the ward has been to deal with and action all communications received from Oldington & Foley Park residents.
I speak on a weekly basis with the Tenant Consultative Committee (TCC's) as we have a number of ongoing issues. We also have ‘walk abouts' on the estates with officers and this includes the police, wardens and Community Support Officers.

Achievements During the Year
Currently working on two major projects:
PDSA to try and make available a vet practice within Wyre Forest – currently Quinton is the nearest and for many it is too difficult to get there.
With SureStart (TreeTops) we have implemented the dental health project and I have written to Dr Richard Harling of Primary Care Trust Worcestershire who has responded positively and will be in contact in due course to discuss the Plan for improving oral health.
Members' Surgeries
I regularly walk around the ward and meet/speak with residents. Receive regular contact from residents and therefore on a daily basis I am on the ward sorting out problems and meeting with the residents.
PACT and our Urban Safety Group is a great opportunity to engage with the locals and these are every six weeks.
