Section 1: Ward Activities (including Surgeries)
I have worked closely with my other District Councillor Arthur Buckley. We have responded to phone calls and contacts and addressed the issues raised such as cutting vegetation back and getting pot holes filled. I have held ward surgeries in Wribbenhall Church and issued quarterly newsletters.
I have donated locally determined funding of £4,500 to address health issues to Bewdley Youth Café and have also allocated £4,500 to Cookley Playing Fields.
I have been involved with flood committees and action on the issue.
I was involved in moving the Primary School in Wribbenhall to the High School site, having two pedestrian crossings and the street light column installed in Station Road and I helped raise £100,000 for the Memorial Hall leisure facilities.
