WARD: Areley Kings
Section 1: Ward Activities (including Surgeries)
My main activities during the year have focused around constituents' queries trying to help and advise where possible. I have visited numerous constituents to see their problems first hand and with the help of Officers tried to rectify these problems.
I have regularly attended the Areley Kings Partners and Communities Together (PACT) meetings and worked through problems which have arisen at these meetings with other members. I have attended local Tenants Consultative Committee (TCC) meetings and consulted with tenants and officers of Wyre Forest Community Housing.
Section 2: Council Meetings
Budget Review Panel, Corporate Resources Scrutiny Committee, Council, Domestic Waste Collection & Recycling Review Panel, Ethics & Standards, Kidderminster Educational Foundation and Regulatory Services Review Panel.
Section 3: Achievements
Working with others to improve the ward and help as many constituents as possible.
Section 4: Special Knowledge
I have attended several briefings and seminars during the year which has enriched my knowledge as a Councillor and enabled me to serve my constituents.
