ANNUAL REPORT OF ACTIVITIES 2008/09

Activities
My activities have been focussed on constituents' queries, worries and concerns and where I am able to resolve, help and advise.
I am the Vice Chair of Governors at two local Primary Schools, Stourport Primary School which is in Mitton Ward and Burlish Primary School in Lickhill Ward.
I am a Committee Member of Stourport Civic Society and the Secretary and a Trustee of the Charity 'The Friends of Bishops Wood'.
The charity was set up to promote the valuable work carried out by the Bishops Wood Environmental Education for young children.
I attend the meetings of Stourport Pride and Stourport Forward.
I am a member of the following organisations:
1.Mitton/Lickhill Partners and Communities Together (PACT).
2.Stourport Town Council.
3.Trustee of the Queen Elizabeth 1 Foundation (A registered Charity No 527594).
4.Community Action Newtown (CAN).

I have attended various officer organised tours and events, sites for Regeneration, Leisure and Partnerships
I have also attended meetings of the Wyre Forest Community Safety Partnership and the Stourport on Severn Alcohol Restriction Zone Working Party
Achievements During the Year
I have participating in as many community based organisations to enable small gains to be made, such as with CAN, the local PACT
