|Conditions / Reason for Refusal:
||(1) The development hereby approved shall be carried out strictly in accordance with
the following plans/drawings:
Drawing with Project no. 9758 and Drawing no. 01
stamped “Approved” unless other minor variations are agreed in writing after the date of this permission and before implementation with the Local Planning Authority.
In the interests of clarity and in order to define the permission.
(2) Notwithstanding the detail contained in the letter dated 10 May 2012, the building hereby approved shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as 81-83 Bewdley Road North only.
To ensure proper control of the development and to avoid any future undesirable fragmentation of the curtilage. To ensure that the development accords with the provisions of Policy CP11 of the Adopted Wyre Forest Core Strategy.
REASON FOR APPROVAL
The outbuilding is considered acceptable in terms of scale, design and position. The impact of the building on the amenity enjoyed by the occupants of neighbouring dwellings has been taken into account and, subject to a condition relating to boundary treatment being implemented, there would be no substantial impact on the levels of privacy currently enjoyed.
